Kenneth "Chip" Wiltse

Chip has over 20 years of telecommunications experience in both construction and installation services. Chip is responsible for the operations, growth and success of Advanced Communications.
Prior to joining Advanced Communications, Chip worked
as a consultant on multiple projects in software automation, network solutions, telecommunications installation and construction. Chip served as President of International FiberComm (IFCI) for two years and helped transform IFCI into a $300 million dollar company.
Chip began his telecommunications career with General Telephone and later moved to AT&T, serving in supervisory and management positions at both companies. Chip spent nine years with Lucent Worldwide as Director of Operations. He worked domestically and overseas in such sites as Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia where he oversaw backbone and long-haul fiber installation projects.
Chip earned his undergraduate degree from Dakota Wesleyan University and received his Masters in Program Management from George Washington University.
